Born and raised in Joplin, Mo. I recognized my passion for hair at a very young age. Stealing kitchen scissors to cut my friend’s hair in bathrooms helped me practice until I was accepted into City Pointe Beauty Academy where I would obtain my license and start my career. Luckily I was able to find a shop quickly and over 6 years later, I still wake up happy to be able to call Brush and Blade home. I take my craft very seriously, constantly and consistently working to elevate my skills through continued education. Every day I am grateful to have so many fantastic clients who trust me to handle their hair. If time treats me right I hope to be practicing my preferred art until the grave. My hope for all my clients is for them to leave my chair confident, relaxed, and overall happy.
